Behavior Adjustment Therapy is well suited for dogs with a history of anxiety, reactivity, aggression, or compulsive habits around specific triggers or stimuli. For dogs
exhibiting these behavioral issues, Obedience Training alone will not be enough to create everlasting change.
The behavior modification method we use in our Behavior Adjustment Therapy program is based upon the concept of changing your dogs perspective of their trigger and teaching them how to make the right
choices, thus allowing them to form new, healthier, more acceptable habits and behavior in our human world.
We provide behavior adjustment therapy through one-on-one lessons and group classes.
Private one on one lessons can be provided at my training location, in your home, or a public location that will allow us to work around your dogs triggers under the pressure of real world scenarios.
Our behavior therapy programs always start with a free phone consultation to go over your dogs behavioral history and your training goals. This call will allow us to gather pertinent information regarding the behaviors you are seeing, and allow us to answer any questions you might have regarding our Behavior Therapy program.
All of our Behavior Therapy programs are custom curated to your dog and your specific goals. After your initial call, we will schedule a 90 minute private in home
evaluation and training session to be sure we set you and your pup up on the right path to success.
During our initial training session we will evaluate stress thresholds around your dogs triggers, root cases to these behavioral concerns, formulate a behavior modification and training plan specific
to your dog, and begin the training that same day!
Upon completion of our first session we will discuss program options moving forward to help you and your dog meet all of the training goals that we set together.
